Introduction & Scope
MeetRaya (“MeetRaya”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a proprietary AI platform and service offering of DemandHub Inc. (“DemandHub”). MeetRaya operates the MeetRaya.ai website and the AI Agent services (collectively, the “Services”). It is MeetRaya’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our Services.
This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information—identifiable information about individuals. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies we do not own or control. Our Services are intended for use by businesses (our “Customers”). Customers are responsible for maintaining their own privacy policies governing their end-users.
Collection of Personal Information
Like DemandHub, MeetRaya collects information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date/time of each visitor request. We also collect:
Account Information: Name, company, contact phone number, and email address.
Usage Data: IP addresses, time spent logged into the Services, and interaction data to help diagnose technical problems and improve Service quality.
AI Training Inputs: Data, documents, or URLs provided by the Customer to configure or "train" their specific AI Agent instance.
Role as a Data Processor (AI-Specific)
As a service provider to our Customers, we collect and analyze data related to our Customers' clients and end-users. In this role, MeetRaya is a data processor, processing data upon instruction from our Customers.
Data Isolation: MeetRaya utilizes a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. Customer Data is stored in isolated vector databases.
Non-Training Pledge: MeetRaya and DemandHub Inc. do not use Customer Data or Inputs to train, improve, or refine our foundational global machine learning models.
Use of Personal Information
DemandHub uses the information collected via MeetRaya to:
Authenticate access and provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
Send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.
Process and complete transactions and send related confirmations and invoices.
Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Services.
Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access.
Protection & Disclosure of Information
MeetRaya discloses Personal Information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information to process it on our behalf, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others.
No Selling: MeetRaya will not rent or sell Personal Information to anyone.
Legal Disclosure: We disclose Personal Information only in response to a subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the property or rights of DemandHub, third parties, or the public at large.
HIPAA Compliance & Healthcare Data
MeetRaya is a HIPAA-compliant platform. For Customers who are "Covered Entities," the processing of Protected Health Information (PHI) is strictly governed by the DemandHub Business Associate Agreement (BAA). MeetRaya employs AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit to protect sensitive health data.
Cookies and Third-Party Ads
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer. MeetRaya uses cookies to identify and track visitors and their Service access preferences. Third-party advertising partners may also use cookies to deliver targeted advertisements. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by MeetRaya and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
Access, Accuracy, and Data Portability
You have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you to verify its accuracy. Upon written request, we will provide a copy of your Personal Information. We make every reasonable effort to keep your information accurate and up-to-date.
Business Transfers
If DemandHub, or substantially all of its assets (including the MeetRaya product line), were acquired, user information would be one of the assets transferred to the third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
