This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the prohibited uses of the MeetRaya AI platform. This policy is designed to protect our Service, our customers, and the general public from automated abuse.
No Professional or Regulated Advice
The Service is an administrative tool. You may not use MeetRaya to:
Provide definitive medical diagnoses or clinical triage.
Provide licensed legal, financial, or investment counsel.
Offer emergency response or dispatch services.
No Deceptive Impersonation
Transparency: You must not deploy a MeetRaya AI Agent in a manner that intentionally deceives end-users into believing they are communicating with a human when they are communicating with an AI.
Spoofing: You may not use the Service to impersonate any person, brand, or entity without express authorization.
System Integrity & Security
You are strictly prohibited from:
Prompt Injection: Attempting to bypass AI safety filters or "jailbreak" the agent to reveal internal system instructions or proprietary data.
Scraping: Using the Service to harvest data or "scrape" third-party websites without authorization.
Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract the underlying model weights or proprietary code of the MeetRaya platform.
Content Standards
You may not use MeetRaya to generate content that:
Is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence/hate speech.
Facilitates the sale of regulated or illegal goods (e.g., narcotics, firearms).
Constitutes high-volume unsolicited messaging (Spam).
Monitoring & Enforcement
MeetRaya reserves the right to monitor Service usage for AUP compliance. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without notice or refund.
